These terms govern all Dumpster Rental agreements with Master Disposal.

Service Agreement

By requesting service you agree to the rental terms outlined here.

Dumpsters remain on site for the agreed number of days unless extended.

Full payment is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

Exceeding stated weight limits results in additional charges.

Certain materials are not accepted and require separate handling.

Customers must provide safe access for delivery and pickup vehicles.

Customers are responsible for damage caused by improper use.

Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.

Master Disposal is not liable for delays caused by weather or permits.

Any disagreements will be handled through local mediation first.

These terms follow the laws of the state where services are provided.
